We generally source our wines and spirits from smaller producers - some with less than 3 hectares of vines. They don’t blend to produce boring, commodity drinks. They are farmers and winemakers who grow grapes on interesting pieces of land and then set about making the best wines they can.Some don’t even produce enough wine to satisfy existing demand – we have to beg them for an allocation. When we taste a great wine, we buy it regardless of how much there is available. This website allows us to update regularly so that if things run out, we remove them. Dull, boring wine never seems to run out – good stuff does! If you are thinking, “I’m not an expert, I wouldn’t appreciate a top class wine”, then we would disagree. When you first taste a great wine, you will know. We have made it easy for you to enjoy our wines. Look through the list – read the write-ups from our distinguished tasting panel.
